I'm a self-driven and extremely motivated person with a focus on tech, management and entrepreneurship. Having started with little resources and determination and run my own projects, I have a good idea of what is involved in doing so. I founded one of the biggest volunteer teams from Romania, specialized in events production, being part of more than 200 events, I founded and built a startup in hospitality, UrbanMenu, which has traction and clients, I managed big teams and projects with more than 100 000 EUR budgets and I enjoyed every little bit of all these exciting experiences. I am always looking for unique challenges that will take me out of my comfort zone, offering me opportunities to grow and learn.

The Extraordinary Center is a project who aims to show a different face of a shopping center. With the support of IKEA Centres Global, for a month and a half, was developed and tested a project, in the middle of a Avion Shopping Park from Bratislava, where the customers were experiencing different activities created by local artists and entrepreneurs. A new world was created, which changed the “shopping centre” idea for a moment. For eight days the design of the space was modified many times, with the rapid prototyping and design thinking techniques, until the best solution for a great experience for the visitors was found. As a project manager I found and hired local helpers, I found the teams of artists who were part of the project, I updated the client constantly, I coordinated the budget and the logistics and I made sure that everyone respects the timeline. During the live week I gathered all the statistics and I made sure, with my team, that everyone enjoys the experience inside the center. In total, we had around 1000 visitors who rated the experience 4.5 out of 5.
