Budget: none; we’ve managed to design a process exclusively using internal resources and not involving any specific budget for this program
Outcome: Managed the design and delivery of an internal program that was set to create a global standard in all training that were delivered by the internal trainers. The background of the need was that, after conducting quality analysis we’ve discovered that there was no standard in delivering the leadership programs. Hence, I’ve implemented a global program that had as an objective to align all global trainers to the same approach and have a standardized and unified way of delivering programs. Purpose: Creating a worldwide new leadership development program to accelerate the development and transition of the entire Hewlett Packard Enterprise Leadership Team to the new set values of the new Hewlett-Packard Enterprise company.
