The main responsabilities:
-Creation and maintenance of: Vendors and Customers Master Data for all BASS Europe customers, Travel & Entertainment (T&E) and Workflow organisation structures for European end markets, standard exchange rates, Business Partners in accordance with BASS Europe MD process designs.
-Creation and maintenance of General Ledger Master Data (Chart of Account, Cost Elements and Cost Elements Groups, WBSs, Cost Centres and Cost Centres Groups, Internal Orders and Internal Order groups), checking the validity of additions and ensuring all links within the database are set up to provide complete integrity of the database for all BASS Europe clients according with BASSE MD process designs.
-Based on day to day gathered experience, Task Level Descriptions (guideline for new joiners) to be updated
-Perform Daily, Weekly / Monthly and Key Performance Indicators data analysis
-Provide ad-hoc reports, as assigned by superiors

Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense - Procure to Pay Department: 01.2009 - 09.2011

The main responsibilities are:
-Ensured the migration of the both AP and T&E UK process;
(Business travel in England - Southampton between 01.2009 – 04.2009)
-Create and update the Task Level Description (guideline for new joiners) for UK migrated markets;
-Expert user having an in-depth knowledge of various Procure to Pay processes;
-Ensure that all AP and T&E Key Performance Indicator’s are analyzed, developed, monitored and reported on a monthly basis;
-Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports analysis are performed based on deadlines;
-Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis at the request of senior management;
-Payment reports are performed on time and accurately;
-Ensure that all queries & issues raised by both internal customers (End Markets) and external stakeholders (Suppliers) are resolved within Service Level Agreement or escalated to the relevant party;
-Ensure that all statements received from external stakeholders (suppliers) are reconciled within the Service Level Agreement;
-Ensure that all invoices related to external stakeholders (suppliers) and BAT’s employees business expenses are processed and paid in time;
-Be able to backup other persons and offer fully support to other teams whenever they have backlog;

Realizari:

Results achieved

- Operational: All the tasks assigned were performed on time and accurately.
I have also identified opportunities to improve significantly the percentage of the Key Performance Indicators related to the Accounts Payable Department that were assigned to me on Finland market. This was principally due to increasing the efficiency by resolving all issues identified in the Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reports and analysis in a timely manner and subsequently spending less time on issue resolution.

- Relationship:
Driving Customer Satisfaction: Due to a successful collaboration that I had with the customer (AP Finland market), I managed to build a strong relationship and gain their trust. For this reason I was rewarded by BASS Europe with ?Perfect 10? for receiving a
positive feedback from AP Finland market ?via the Customer Account Manager principally for keeping drive an improvement in understanding Key Control Indicator?s and driving customer satisfaction?. (see Rewards 07.2009 / 06.2011)
Team Player role: I also demonstrated that I am a real team player by offering my fully support to my colleagues in order to meet the deadlines. For this reason I was rewarded by BASS Europe with ?Perfect 10? (see Rewards 05.2010)

- Innovation: I have identified opportunities to increase the efficiency principally by decreasing the time spent on issue resolution related to the AP Department, by:
Resolving the issues identified during Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting and subsequently spending less time on analysis and increasing the Key Performance Indicators.
Implementing Daily reports that were performed on other markets on the markets I was in charge with (i.e.: AP BAT MARK UK market).
