Ensure on-time invoicing of customer funded tooling contribution (tooling identification & tagging, tooling declaration, collection of documents from suppliers, create and update specific customer tooling breakdown forms, submission of the tooling documents for customer approval, provide support to other functions regarding tooling past dues);
Liaise with Procurement Organization and indirectly with suppliers in order to ensure on-time collection of tooling documents & asset declarations;
Build and update prototype quotes (collect, consolidate and analyze available information regarding turbo configuration, costing, delivery lead time by working closely with Program Manager, Application Engineering and NPI buyer);
Ensure consistency between various prototype offers and suggest ideas to improve and speed up the process; provide and improve daily reporting on customer prototype orders & deliveries;
Ensure price updates, review and track any price changes vs. prior year, target and forecast and inform sales team about any discrepancies between customer order and HTT offer;
Liaise with other functions regarding price discrepancies and past dues;
Ensure creation and maintenance of material master data;
Analyse short term demand evolution and provide analytical inputs regarding long term demand forecast based on Sales Manager and customer inputs.
Ensure and improve monthly reporting on, and review of, sales (internally and to customer), margins, pricing, and other sales-related performance metrics. Prepare standard PPT presentations for customers, Sales team and Management.
Support the Sales Team on preparing on-request analysis and reports (Business Plans, profitability analysis, organizational charts, price-line and metals evolution simulation etc.)
