Candidatul ideal

  • Previous similar experience would be a plus;
  • Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), other office tools;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Excellent skills of writing and speaking in both English and Romanian;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Dynamic, engaging and enthusiastic hardworking, very organized, outgoing, friendly, self-motivated, creative;
  • Demonstrates assertiveness in pursuing open issues to closure;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy and proactive attitude.

We are looking for an Administrative Officer to organize and coordinate administration duties and handle procurement responsibilities. The role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.


  • Registers sorts and distributes internal and external correspondence;
  • Greets, registers and directs the visitors. Ensures that all visitors are served when they need administrative assistance;
  • Is responsible with the procurement lists & process for OLX Group Romania
  • Collaborates and negotiates with various suppliers for the resources needed;
  • Collaborates daily with Accounting dept. for specific documents according to company's internal procedures;
  • Registers invoices in our financial system;
  • Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements);
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services;
  • Plans in-house activities, like celebrations and conferences;
  • Monitors the access in the reception area of the company, having control of all activities performed;
  • Ensures strict compliance with internal controls policies;
  • Acts as a key user and Vision (our procurement system) administrator;
  • Prepares ad hoc reports if necessary for internal or group purpose;
  • Supports the business to prepare and keep the necessary documentation.
