The ideal candidate has to be a team player, and has to be motivated to be part of a team that offers high standard services for clients. Studies are not as important as character and motivation. The candidate has to have a very good knowledge of English, to be able to deal with UK clients over the phone and provide them with a solution without difficulties from a language point of view.
Technical support for an English company, including remote access on their servers, dealing with clients on the phone and over the email. Candidates will be working in shifts, and will provide 24x7 technical assistance for client\'s emergencies and problems.
