University degree in marketing
Advanced PC (Microsoft Office Excel, Access)
2-3 years of previous experience in developing direct marketing campaigns
Working with databases and marketing automation tools is a plus
Good knowledge of personal data protection regulations
An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize direct marketing campaigns
Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage direct marketing projects involving many contributors
Good planning skills and excellent team player
A passion for marketing and continuous learning
Set-up, develop and implement direct marketing campaigns for increasing new business and cross/ deep & up-sell.
Manage, analyse customers and prospects databases, define selection criteria for customer and prospects segments to be approached in direct marketing campaigns.
Responsible with setting up campaign mechanism, designing the flows and processes, measure and follow -up campaign’s performance in order to improve conversions.
Manage and collaborate with all departments involved in the campaign development, roll-out and closing.
Responsible fo customer data collection, storage and update processes related to direct marketing communications (direct response, customer personal data updates, campaign interaction) in order to provide a good basis for direct marketing campaigns roll-out.
