Working schedule: 4 hours/day part-time, anytime in the 09:00 - 18:00 schedule (Monday to Friday)

We are a team of professionals with various interests and educational background, but united by the goal to assist others. We currently look for a new colleague with:

  • Advanced German language skills (especially written communication)
  • Average knowledge of English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, E-mail)

  • Logical thinking and initiative

  • Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse (vor allem die schriftliche Kommunikation)

  • Gute PC Kenntnisse: Internet, E-Mail Microsoft Office (Outlook, Microsoft Word)

Descrierea jobului

Main responsibilities:

  • Communicates by e-mail and through social media (FB) with survey respondents from Germany and Switzerland
  • Investigates complaints, alerts the responsible departments and collaborates efficiently to reach a satisfying resolution for the respondent
  • Monitors community content (quick polls, comments) posted by members
  • Updates the database according to requests
  • Provides relevant feedback to other teams with the aim to trigger process improvements
  • Draws up monthly reports in order to monitor his/her support activities, as well as those related to the communication with the respondents

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
  • Antwortet per E-Mail und Social Media Plattformen auf Anfragen von Umfrageteilnehmern aus Deutschland und aus der Schweiz
  • prüft Beschwerden, erkennt Fehler oder Probleme, informiert die zuständigen Abteilungen und kooperiert effizient um eine zufriedenstellende Lösung für die Befragten zu erreichen
  • Überwacht Community Umfragen und Kommentare, die von Mitgliedern veröffentlicht wurden
  • Aktualisiert die Datenbank gemäß den Anforderungen der Teilnehmer
  • Bietet relevante Rückmeldungen an andere Teams um Prozessverbesserungen auszulösen
  • die Erstellung von monatlichen Berichten über die ausgeführte Supporttätigkeit, sowie auch über die Kommunikation mit den Befragten
