Candidatul ideal

Desired Qualifications:

Education: University degree.
Secretarial/technical training is desirable.

Prior Work Experience: Minimum two years of progressively responsible secretarial and related experience. Previous experience with an international company is highly desirable.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Romanian.

Knowledge: Must have good working knowledge of protocol requirements, the general etiquette, social mores and local customs.

Skills and abilities: Must have good working knowledge of protocol requirements, the general etiquette, social mores and local customs, demonstrate typing ability and proficiency in operating word processing equipment, as well as other office machines such as printers, photocopiers, etc.

Personal Traits:
- intellectually gifted; open-minded; team player; able to integrate in the established professional services culture of the Firm;
- strong communicative skills; able to understand the importance and relationships of his/her responsibilities;
- honest and trustworthy; very well organized; able to cope with stress;
- high degree of maturity.

Basic Function of Position

Performs telephone, reception, mailing, and other secretarial/administrative duties; keeps conference room appointment schedule; maintains an up-dated contact database.

Position Elements
Supervision Received: Direct supervision is provided by the Office Administrator.

Exercise of Judgement: Tact and diplomacy are needed in dealing with company’s clients and collaborators.
