•Bachelor Degree – HR relevant;
•Minimum 3 years experience in the field of human resources, preferably in the automotive;
•Knowledge about HR strategies and development, Labor laws, business acumen;
•Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers and data, PC operations, Microsoft Office.
•Fluency in English and / or German;
•Problem-solving skills, adaptable and able to cope with ambiguity;

•adds value by building or managing technology-based e-HR systems that enable employees to manage their relationship with the company;
•provides valuable findings, feedback and suggestion based on appropriate data analysis;
•participates in meetings that involve a range of issues (e.g. personnel actions, regulatory requirements, actions involving outside agencies, inter-department needs, performance appraisals, trainings, knowledge sharing, etc.);
•runs cross functional projects aiming to increase productivity, support innovation & develop talent;
•builds, activates and measures effective employee engagement plans;
•evaluates and develops the right metrics for the overall function (including leading indicators), scorecard, monitoring and reporting to assure successful execution.
