Descrierea jobului

• Being the Personal Assistant of the Country Manager – handle the daily agenda, dealing with suppliers and clients, scheduling meetings
• Being responsible with the basic recruitment process – liaise with the HR and the external Recruitment Companies
• Handling the primary accountancy – sales and suppliers invoices, receipts, looking after the petty cash and complete the daily cashier register, providing various financial information upon request (for example costs by department, income from particular client, payment information), other financial reports
• Providing administration support to the team by running day to day duties like office supplies, correspondence, answering telephone and the distribution of the post
• Ensure that all deadlines and service delivery expectations are met and adhered to
